Forest Sea View residential complex receives building permits
09.09.2025The Municipality of Varna has issued building permits to Laris Vega Properties Ltd., which is developing the Forest Sea View residential complex in the “Chaika” resort area, Baba Alino locality.
According to the documents, the complex will consist of two apartment buildings. In August 2025, the company obtained Permit No. 123/14.08.2025 for the construction of sections of a building with entrances No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, and No. 5, and earlier, in April, Permit No. 56/23.04.2025 for the construction of Section No. 4.
