FOREST VILLAGE VARNA Ltd. informs about Decision No. VA-81/EO/2025 of RIEW – Varna
14.09.2025FOREST VILLAGE VARNA Ltd., as the owner of land plots with identifiers 10135.2464.18, 10135.2464.19, 10135.2464.21, 10135.2464.85 under the cadastral map of Varna, informs about Decision No. VA-81/EO/2025 issued by the Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water – Varna (RIEW – Varna).
According to the decision, the project “Detailed Development Plan – Regulation and Construction Plan (DDP-RCP)”does not require an environmental assessment.
The project covers land plots located in the “Primorski” district, Baba Alino area, owned by FOREST VILLAGE VARNA Ltd., with a total area of about 25 decares. The contracting authority is VILAPART ARKANUM Ltd.
