KYB Corporation Receives Construction Permit for Forest Sea View Residential Complex

KYB Corporation has officially received a construction permit for its new residential complex, Forest Sea View. The project will be developed in a scenic area with sea views and surrounded by forest, making it an ideal solution for a comfortable and peaceful lifestyle close to nature.

The building permit was issued on April 23, 2025, by the Chief Architect of Varna Municipality. This confirms № 56/ 23.04.2025 that all project solutions comply with current urban planning and environmental standards. Construction will take place in the “Chaika” resort area, in the “Alen Mak” district, section No. 4.
