Olympic advantage: special conditions for athletes in KYB projects

During the Winter Olympic Games (February 6–22, 2026), KYB Corporation is launching a special real estate program in the Forest Club projects in Varna.

As part of the initiative, professional athletes from Olympic disciplines registered with the relevant federations will receive a 2% discount on apartment purchases. The offer applies to Forest SeaView and the completed villas in Forest Club House.

Forest Club House is a complex of two-story villas with separate apartments and direct access to a park area within an oak forest — combining privacy and a natural environment.
