We would like to clarify that the recent media reports claiming that the Bulgarian state has confiscated a property in the Baba Alino area have absolutely no — we repeat, absolutely no — connection with our company or any of our projects.

The reports concern a criminal case covering the period 2013–2024 involving two convicted individuals identified by the initials M. B. P. and Z. A. P. The court concluded that there was a discrepancy between their lawful income and assets acquired through criminal activity.
