Payment by Bank Card through Virtual POS

1. Payment on our website

Your first and last name must be entered in Latin characters.

First, make sure that the limit on your account and card allows you to make the payment for the amount specified by you.

You are given one attempt to make the payment; if the payment fails, please submit a new payment request.

You can pay for your orders on the forestclub.bg website using debit, credit, or corporate cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo via the virtual POS terminal of our partner bank — DSK AD, part of the OTP Group.

2. Payment Process

To process the payment, we will send you a unique link to your email, tied to your deposit, purchase, order, or cash register. Click the link to be redirected to the secure payment page of the bank.

3. Payment Security

All transactions are protected by international card security programs such as MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure, ensuring the reliable protection of your data.

4. Payment Details

To make a payment through the DSK Bank virtual POS terminal, you will need to enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV/CVC code. If your card is enrolled in the 3-D Secure program (MasterCard Identity Check or VISA Secure), you will need to enter your 3-D password to confirm the transaction.

5. Data Processing

At forestclub.bg, we do not store or process your card details. All information is entered by you only on the secure page of the partner bank.

6. Currency and Prices

Regardless of the currency of your bank account, transactions are processed in Euros according to your bank’s current exchange rate. All prices include VAT.

An additional fee of 2.25% is also charged by our bank. For European Union banks, the fee depends on the card type.

7. Refund Policy

If a refund is required, a full or partial refund will be made to the card used for payment within 5 business days.

8. Payment Limit

For security reasons, the maximum amount for card payments is €40,000.
